HEALTH IN 5 MIN / SALUD EN 5 MIN.

We have already talked about the benefits of Kale, Chia seeds and Spirulina. If  you are not use to breakfast or doesn’t know when to take all the vitamins your body  needs. Here is a 5 minute smoothie recipe, take one daily and you will be full of energy to start your day.

  • 1 cup of Organic apple Juice/ 1 apple
  • ¼ cup of Almond milk ( it can be coconut, rice etc)
  • 1 pear , banana or a cup of Berries.
  • Kale
  • 1tps of Chia Seeds
  • 1 tbps of Spirulina powder.

Blend in a High speed blender I use Ninja for 3 minutes.

Ya hemos hablado de los beneficios del kale, las semillas de chia , la spirulina. Si no acostumbras desayunar o no sabes en que momento comerte tus vitaminas. Te dejo esta receta de 5minutos en la que con un smoothie al dia tendras las vitaminas y minerales que necesitas para arrancar el dia.

 

  • 1 taza de Jugo Organico de Manzana/ 1 manzana
  • ¼ de Taza de leche de almendras ( tambien puede ser de arroz, coco etc)
  • 1 pera, platano o una taza de berries
  • Kale al gusto
  • 1 cucharada de semillas de Chia
  • 1 cucharada de polvo de spirulina

 

Licuar en una licuadora de alta velocidad por 3 minutos. Yo uso la Ninja
